My trip to Kamikochi (Japanese Alps) was breathtaking. The weather was perfect too, it was as if we had gone back in time to Spring. A welcome break from the sticky summer humidity of Tokyo (which I really couldn't stand; San Francisco summers have spoiled me).

Two old photos I had to take during one of my in-class photo assignments a few quarters ago (circa November 2006). My teacher had a great time ripping them to pieces, but hey, I like them. Making silly faces is fun. ♥

I've only been able to read six of the books in this pile, but one day...one day I shall be victorious.
